I’m Shauna Leblond — a senior executive, strategist, and sustainability advocate dedicated to turning complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions. With an MGM, MCI MBA, I bring a strong blend of business insight, operational expertise, and a commitment to advancing projects that deliver lasting positive impact.

Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives spanning intermodal terminal and aerospace operations, clean technologies, and community infrastructure. I excel in high-stakes environments where innovation drives success, always focused on delivering results that are smarter, more efficient, and sustainable.

I’m also the creator of tools like Project-in-a-Box and GreenStream AI, designed to help teams accelerate progress and implement forward-thinking solutions.

Outside of work, I stay engaged with emerging technologies, promote circular economy principles, mentor university students, and enjoy spending time outdoors to recharge.
